Recruitment Business Partner Resource Management, RSG Manchester Your experience: You have been working in recruitment as a permanent delivery consultant, and are looking to get more involved with the client side of the operation, working on their site and operating as their recruitment partner. Your strengths lie in building relationships, working with clients to develop an understanding of their business and resourcing requirements, and coordinating a process to ensure a high quality service is delivered. The role: The purpose of the role is to act as the face of Resource Management in supporting the account from an operational perspective, in a highly process driven and detail focused capacity, as well as managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will act as the lynch pin between all of the teams contributing remotely, from the consultants delivering into the vacancies to the support functions at Head Office. You will be based predominantly on-site with the main Client, with any additional time spent between a second Client and our company office. You shall be empowered to manage your time effectively. As this is a new Client, there is a lot of scope for to change and improve processes, influencing and guiding the business on their resourcing strategy. You will be able to make a real impact and add tangible value to the service we are providing and the way that the client conducts their recruitment. You will have a passion for service excellence and be prepared to get 'hands on' with running candidate assessment centres or aiding candidate delivery against more niche requirements. What we are looking for: We are looking for someone who understands and enjoys recruitment, and wants to continue within the industry, but focussing on the client side, coordinating the process and delivering a service. Professional polish and credibility is key, as you will be representing our business to a key client and acting as their resourcing expert on site. You need to be self-motivated and confident in your ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to your work and excellent communication skills to maintain remote relationships.
