We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Quality Improvement Team at MHA as a Quality Business Partner. Applicants must be keen to make a positive difference to the lives of older people both in leading by example and coaching key staff members to support quality improvement.
We are looking for a health or social care professional that has experience of monitoring quality standards in a care setting and who has operational management experience in a health or social care setting, preferably having managed a care home previously. The applicant must be able to provide advice relating to serious incident management, regulation and safeguarding vulnerable adults and must be able to support the training and development of staff.
Our team of Quality Business Partners work in conjunction with Area Managers to ensure provision of the best possible care for people that we support and if you want to join a progressive, forward thinking team then this opportunity is for you!

The post is based in the South East of England, including Southampton, London and Bognor Regis. It is essential that the successful candidate has the ability to drive and stay overnight when needed.
